• Henry Roberts Chow Chow - Allow 5-10 business days for delivery from the day you order.
• Henry Roberts Barbecue Sauce - Allow 5-10 business days for delivery time on sauce and accessories from the time you place your order. Merchandise is shipped via Federal Express Ground, UPS Ground or United States Postal Service.
  
   

Payment
All orders must be pre-paid prior to shipment from our facility. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We gladly accept checks through the mail, just call 904-924-1436 to make arrangements

Returns
Henry Roberts' Barbecue Sauce, Inc. will issue to you a refund for the product only, less a 25% restocking fee, for all unused and unopened merchandise. Refunds will be issued only upon the receipt of unused product. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges. Please email us with your specific concern or issue, and we will provide return shipment information and a return authorization code.

Rejected Deliveries and Shipments
All rejected shipments or deliveries will be subject to a 25% restocking fee for the product, and the actual shipping charges incurred by Henry Roberts' Barbecue Sauce, Inc. (charges incurred in shipping the product to you and back to us) will also be deducted from your refund. This policy applies to all products, including items that are featured with free shipping promotions.

Cancelled Orders
All orders that are cancelled prior to shipment will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to the policies listed above.
